BOA Credit Card被盗刷钱拿不回来怎么办?

故事大概是朋友在睡觉然后收到短讯说USPS package需要address information，之后收到个电话被问到credit card和地址，之后就开始被盗刷(是的，我也觉得我朋友很蠢…)，然后已经通知了BOA但是卡还是继续被盗刷直到第二次再联系boa才停止了新的fraud charge。 之后file claim了但是被BOA deny了，理由是"Our research included the information you provided with your claim, your account history, the monthly account statements sent you, and if available information from the merchant, such as a signed receipt or contract. We made this decision because your card was used for the charge(s). The chip was read, your PiN was entered, and/or you signed for the merchandise or service, which indicates you or someone you allowed to use your card was present"

然后这个期间信用卡上的fraud payment还在被收利息…

请问有人有类似的经历吗?
